At Coyote Ranch, your celebration unfolds under giant shade trees, twinkling lights,

open skies, and the warm charm of Old California. It feels natural, personal,

and refreshingly different from the typical hotel ballroom or country club reception.

Guests can enjoy dinner outdoors, sip drinks on the lawn, dance under the stars,

gather by the fire, and actually feel like they have escaped the ordinary for the evening.

No windowless room. No corporate carpet.
No wondering which ballroom your wedding is in.

Located just 15 minutes south of San Jose, Coyote Ranch offers a

memorable outdoor wedding experience for couples who want their reception

to feel warm, romantic, and anything but cookie-cutter.

hospitality, beauty, and timeless charm of Old California.

Coyote Ranch does NOT charge any gratuity or service fees!

Event Hours: 6:00 - 10:00 pm / 5:30 - 9:30 pm

This does not include set-up and tear-down time which we will explain in more detail

End time can be extended (on most dates) for an add'l fee

DECOR & MISC

Your Floral Centerpieces & Candles, DJ, Photographer, Wedding Cake and Dessert, etc is not included in the package above. However, for an add'l fee...we can take care of the everything for you.   You can also make arrangements to handle this yourself with outside vendors.

OUTSIDE CATERERS REQUIREMENTS 

You have the option of using Coyote Ranch for your catering
or you can bring in your own outside caterer

Prior to going into contract with an outside caterer we require our clients to have a conference call between all parties (ranch, couple, caterer)  to make sure they are aware of the ranch requirements for providing service on site. 

• Caterers must be licensed and insured

• We do not have any kitchen facilities available for caterer's use

• Cater must provide servers for event / buffet line

• Caterer must provide staff for clearing of dining tables after dinner

• Must provide any and all items & linens needed for buffet line, etc.
