If you need to increase your reservation counts, please resubmit this form in its entirety. We can add small increases throughout the week if you submit regular updates. We can not decrease your numbers within 7 days preceeding the event.

PLEASE READ BELOW AND ACKNOWLEDGE

We will invoice you after your event for the final guarantees that you make on this form, providing they meet the minimums on your contract, even if the actual turn out on the day of is less. The only exception to this is if your actual turnout is greater than what is provided here.

Final balance is due 10 days after your event. At any time we can provide you with a tentative invoice.
