CATERING RULES

• Caters must be licensed and insured.

• We do not have any kitchen facilities available for caterers use

• Caterer will need a generator for any power source needs

• Pepper, Elm & Arbor Area have BBQ pits for use

• Oak Tree Area does not have a BBQ pit.

• We only allow Lump Mesquite Charcoal in pits.

• Caterer must leave site as they found it / No trash left in prep area

• Caterer must supply all their own linens, tables, etc for their service

• Caterer must provide servers & bussing staff to clear tables after meal

• Catering Staff must stay onsite at all times while food is on line and

   being served. Food can not be dropped off and left unattended.

Please list below any vendors whom you have personally contracted with. We will need their company name, contact person, phone & email as well the exact service they will be providing They will be a charge of $100 per outside vendor. Depending on the service the vendor is providing there may be additional insurance requirements.

PLEASE READ BELOW AND ACKNOWLEDGE

We will invoice you after your event for the final guarantees that you make on this form providing they meet the minimums on your contract. The only exception to this is if your actual turnout is greater than what is provided here. However, understand that we cook and prepare food according to the guest count provided on this form. Final balance is due 10 days after your event. At any time we can provide you with a tentative invoice.

If you need to increase your reservation counts, please resubmit this form in its entirely.  We cannot decrease your numbers within 7 days preceeding the event. However, we can add small increases throughout the week if you submit regular updates.
